Alexandra-Maria-Lara

Alexandra Maria Lara, a Romanian and German actress who works in TV and film is well known for movies like Rush and Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. Born as the only daughter of Romanian actor Valentin Platareanu, Alexandra got into the world of show business early, and ended up playing lead roles in different shows on television by the time she reached the age of 16. In the Oscar nominated film Downfall, her role as Adolf Hitler's Secretary Traudljunge was also a critically-acclaimed one. The Reader and Der Baader Meinhof Komplex are the other Oscar nominated films that feature models.
